Family Employee Mobile plan - In charge of the employee’s family plan scheme.
Coordinated the entire scheduling of meetings with staff for the retention program.
Issuing contracts and maintenance of personnel database.
Preparation & documentation of administration procedures.
Applying for visas in DAFZA and all related administration work.

Organizing Barcode and Arabic stickers for the shipments.
Inventory Management.
Liaise with the agencies for the layouts of show cards, Duratrans etc.
Updating the marketing calendar and maintenance of Gift with Purchases (GWP).
Using BAAN ERP package for item creation, purchase and sales prices, sales orders etc.
