•Looking after all office management of GM, co-ordination with Project teams, collection of data, travel arrangements, prepare all kind of reports as instructed by GM.
•Ensuring that all the tasks assigned are attended timely with accuracy and efficiency.
•Ensuring appropriate time management & scheduling for GM.
•Ensuring decision are not pending during the absence of GM
•Interacting with customers
•Educating customer about newly launched models
