 To manage & control all activities of production and set annual departmental objectives
 Designing and developing the production process to achieve the optimum production rates, products quality, minimum wastes and free trouble shooting process
 Control the planning raw material stock level, operation efficiency, finish product stock level and achieve finish product planned delivery schedule
 Analyze and resolve quality problems, improve the active product and develop new products according to the market requirements as well customer orders
 Communication with third party for the recruitment raw materials, new equipment, machinery
 Shall show ability to meet tight deadlines and adhering to schedules as agreed
 Continues monitoring production process and product quality quantitatively and qualitatively
 Production process cost saving by doing search for new raw material, process procedures, product design and specifications
 Improve continuously the expertise level of the team as whole, supervise, monitor and assess the team member, maximize the utilization of each member capabilities and skills and optimize utilization

As Production & Development Engineer
Responsibilities:

 Directing, Routing, Scheduling & Planning.
 To efficiently and effectively utilize department’s resources in solving day to day production problems and getting to objectives.
 Planning and managing the resources such as manpower, equipment, materials to achieve the management goals etc.
 Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets as well as the delivery of products on time and to budget.
 Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
 Accessing the Skill of Workers/Supervisor & Allot assignment accordingly.
 Maximum Production in co-cordial atmosphere.
 Time and motion studies, process evaluation and continuous improvement facilitator.
 Preventive Maintenance of Dies, Moulds and Equipments.
 Design gauges and fixtures to test new supplier parts.
 Interface with industry associates to expedite problem resolution.
 Designed, developed and constructed test facilities, devices, or equipment and conducted tests or experiments for executives review.
 Assisted in planning tests to evaluate product performance and determined test requirements.
 Reviewed and analyzed a variety of engineering data to determine requirements to meet engineering specifications.
 Arrange the engineering and product development activities, achieve product performance, manufacturability, quality and cost objectives.
 Develop and implement procedures to successfully assemble and manufacture the products
 Working closely with concerned department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees
 To make General Arrangement (GA) drawings as per customer specifications
 To make fabrication drawings for manufacturing and issue the same to fabrication shop and local suppliers.
 To verify that the manufactured/assembled equipment should be as per customer approved drawings
 Looking after the issuance of revisions of new drawings & vendors components list.
 Development & installation of new machine/equipment & modification of product.
 Check drawings & prototype of new product/components & implementation of different hardware design, proposal for improvement in existing design.
 To ensure that safety measures & departmental procedure for ISO 9002 implementation.
 Prepare extension of time claims, weekly and monthly report to be submitted to the supplier.
 To upgrade the mechanical design of products for improvement in quality.
 Manage projects and equipment installation.
 Completed and submitted work for review to meet technical adequacy and satisfaction of requirements.
 Lead assembly in problem solving and improvement activities.
