As An IT support Engineer I’m responsible for the day to day monitoring of Windows servers via Remote Desktop.
Creation of User profiles, adding network drives, scan to send and network printers.
Managing ERP System (Jobboss and accounting system QuickBooks Enterprise solutions)
Administration of Office 365 Exchange mail, rules creation and Azure Ad connect.
Aruba wireless, cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewall administration.
Configuration of cisco IP Phones and printer handling.
PC’s Health monitoring via Sophos Central and Encryption of Disks by Sophos Safeguard.
Manage PC’S, Servers patch management and making Inventories of PC’s managed by Desktop Central Manage Engine.
