• Perform basic and detailed analysis and design of drainage, water supply and sprinkler system for medium to high rise residential/office buildings. This includes water demand, fixture units, pipe sizing calculations, water tank sizes, equipment schedule and specifications.
• Prepare Specification and BOQ as per the design.
• Check and review shop drawings and site documents such as material submittals.
• Prepare concept, schematic and detailed layouts and details of drainage and water supply system for medium to high rise residential/office buildings.
• Carry out stage wise and final inspection of equipment, materials and piping under fabrication. This includes inspection and testing of materials and equipment based on project specifications, applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate all drawings to suit architectural, structural and electrical requirements
• Allocates cad design work and organizes staffing levels to meet the client’s deadlines
• Review all design drawings to meet the company’s quality standard
• Review shop drawings and other contractor submittal for compliance with the construction documents.
• Prepare detail drawings and section in all critical areas.
• Attending coordination meetings.
• Do site visit to make sure that our services is properly laid on site.
• Performs site inspection to assure all plumbing services installed on site is as per the shop drawing and specification.
• Check and review shop drawings and site documents such as material submittals.
• Responds to contractor’s RFI.
