I am working with ITG Egypt ( IT solution provider) as ERP Project Manager, Managing the Projects Implementation starting from the Analysis phase, Kickoff meeting, Presentation, Business Plan, Business requirement needs, Solution Delivery, Setup, Prototype & testing till production and life.
The details of my responsibilities and duties :
 Identify Project Organization, project charter, Scope, Communication Plan, risk management …etc.
 Identify Project plan upon requirement management fundamental, Cost Control, Monitoring and timely completion, contract management and resource management.
 Manage and supervise the project resources as consultants, developers and contractors.
 Adapt and modify the application Functions as per the company and /or the customer requirements.  Manage the Pre-sales Activity (demo and Proposal).
 Organize project processes Documentation and phases satisfaction (Implementation Methodology)
 Ensure and apply the right Implementation methodology concept and principles (Diagnostic -
Analysis - Design - Configuration - Testing- Deployment - Go-Live- Support)  Manage quality of services delivered to clients.
 Handle multiple projects at the same time with implementation team.
 Building implementation team and furnish them by required knowledge.
 Co-ordinate between customer’s project team and our project team in order to complete projects within projects duration, budget and meeting / exceeding customer expectations  Business Facilitator doing quick diagnose and resolve problems
