TESOL/TESL Teacher Training Certification Course included: lesson planning, classroom monagement techniques, skills development (grammar, pronunciation,listening, speaking, reading and writing), teaching strategies, teaching multi-level classes,and a teaching practicum.
As an Early Childhood educator, I have learned about the physical, cognitive,social and emotional needs of children. In addition I have learned the skills, and knowledge necessary for planning and carrying out programming which optimizes individual development of young children.
