Maintaining the progress and productive mutual interaction of various parties and coordination of subcontractors in a way to reduce overall risk of failure and the designated defined milestones are achieved.

Represent Albonian at internal technical / project meetings.
Present Albonian to external clients, ministries, public bodies
Review team resources to achieve delivery. Assist in inter team resourcing.
Manage Principal Engineers of both disciplines.
Review outgoing MEP project work, technical and commercial correspondence.
Manage, maintain and develop team technical excellence.
Contribute to maintaining technical excellence in the team.
Responsible for team financial performance.
Provide technical direction for the team.
Ensure MEP design is undertaken to British Standards, CIBSE recommendations, ASHRAE, NFPA.
Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the teams work.
Responsible for ensuring that engineering work is completed within programme, or notify the OM.
Oversee on a day-to-day basis the coordination of the design of projects for which they have been appointed with other members of the design team.
Liaise with local authorities.
Provide monthly project technical, programme, resource and financial report to OM.
Ensure team and project compliance with QMS.
Prepares Project Plan in liaison with project engineers and planning engineers as per main contractor’s program for onward transmittal and approval by the main contractor.
Prepares objectives assignment for project engineers for drawing and material submittal programs as approved by the main contractor.
Raises up technical issues with main contractor as and when requested by the project engineers after due consultation with the services division managers.
Prepares detailed material order and delivery plan for the duration of the Project based on data provided by the project engineers.
Prepares detailed manpower requirement program based on project plan in liaison with project engineers, planning engineers and the OM.
Authorizes material and manpower requests from project engineers.
Verifies drawings and material submittals in liaison with the services division managers before transmission to main contractor.
Enforces project plan and escalates issues when required.
Prepares all valuation papers monthly in liaison with the project and planning engineers for onward submission to the OM.
Presents monthly report detailing all activities and progress in project for the OM.
Monitors document control procedures to ensure documentation is secure.
Liaises with the resident QC Engineer on site to ensure Project conforms to company standards.
Liaises with the resident HSE personnel on site to ensure that main contractor and Albonian HSE policies are implemented.
Carries our evaluations as required and ensures discipline of personnel under, in liaison with the services division managers and the OM.
Leads delegations from Albonian in meetings with the main contractor, consultant or subcontractors.
Generates project handing over plan in liaison with project engineers, QC and planning personnel.
Ensures all required documentation is being gathered for the entire duration of the project to ensure effective handing over.
Production of final statements, payments certificates and due reports to the OM.
Hands over project and decommissions teams and infrastructure in liaison with OM.
Carry out Building Services (Air-Conditioning, Drainage, Domestic water, Fire Protection, LPG etc) design to ASHRAE, British Standards and D.M. regulations.
Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers and Electrical Engineers and any other design consultants.
Coordinate with, instruct and supervise Mechanical Engineers and Auto CAD Technicians.
Carry out arithmetical checks and independent design checks of other Engineer’s design and design reviews.
Report to the Principal Mechanical Engineer.
Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of their own work and the work of the team. Complete engineering work within the agreed programme, or notify the Principal Engineer if not.
Responsible for the checking of CAD works done under their supervision.
To instruct CAD operators in all project related matters.
To understand and implement QA procedures and advise Engineers/Technicians.
To coordinate on a day-to-day basis for which the design of projects they have been appointed with other members of the design team.
Compile Tender Documents.
Manage mechanical project DM / DEWA submittals and NOC Process.
Attend external project co-ordination meetings.
Evaluate Contractor submittals and write reports.
Analyse problems, develop solutions.
Prepare Specifications, Minutes and Reports.
Carry out Building Services (Air-Conditioning, Drainage, Domestic water, etc) design to ASHRAE, British Standards and D.M. regulations.
Material technical appraisal.
Prepared equipment schedules and controlled shop drawings
Preparing the project required utilities schedules.
Preparing the technical specifications Co-ordination with building material suppliers to provide the specified materials data and information.
Determine the design criteria based on the established standards.
