Responsibilities:

 Reports: Led the efforts for generating various reports regarding the Council Management and sharing the same with the management.

 Statistics: Responsible for compiling daily, weekly and monthly statistics, and briefing the vice president on the same. The statistics that required to be compiled include India Council Count, Projects at Risk, GLG News, Member Program and On-call Consultations.

 Member Programs: Headed the Member Programs Working Group in India and updated and communicated with global counterparts. I was also responsible for certifying the employees so that they were eligible for pitching Member Programs to potential participants. My role also required me to organize and conduct the Working Group meetings and share new updates with the team in India as well as gather feedback on the process.

 GLG News: I was the point of contact in the India office for matters relating to GLG News. I was authorized to edit/approve GLG News posts. I was responsible for checking news articles posted by Council Members and approving the same so that the news posts can be published on the website for both Council Members and the clients alike.

 Recruiting: Headed the Recruiting Working Group and updated and communicated with global counterparts. I was responsible for sharing new updates with the team here regarding the recruiting process.

 Training: Headed the Training Working Group and was responsible for conducting and arranging training programs for the India employees.

 Data Management: Initiated campaigns for increasing Council Member base by 200%.

 Lead Generation: Responsible for targeting the apt population according to the project/client needs so that the clients can get in touch with them for consultations.

 Member Programs: Supported the initiatives for upgrading the Council Members’ activities by pitching them for different levels of involvement so that both GLG and the clients can form a closer relationship with them.

 Council Member Interaction: In-charge for constant interaction with the Council Members for updating their profile and consultation status.

 Councils Connect: Councils Connect is a networking event organized by GLG for Council Members to meet each other and discuss current industry trends and their experiences with GLG. Responsible for identifying the Council Members eligible for participation and deciding on the program agenda.

 GLGi: GLGi is a seminar/event organized for the clients of GLG where selected Council Members would be requested to conduct presentations on topics of clients’ interests. Actively participated in organizing a seminar for GLG’s client base in Hong Kong and Singapore.

 Training: In-charge of training the new hires in data and company management, taxonomy, lead generation, recruiting, GLG News and Member Programs.

 Project Updates: Responsible for updating the senior management and Research Managers on the status of each project and working closely with them for better project delivery.
