• Develops specifications, design/layout, project execution schedules and all other engineering aspects related to the development of service station and bulk fuel storage facilities in the local market to ensure full compliance with the Company standards and specifications.
• Works with engineering consultants to develop the layout design and detailed drawing of new and redeveloped service stations and bulk fuel storage facilities and all other civil, electrical and mechanical specifications to ensure compliance with Company’s standards and policies.
• Liaises with consultants, contractors and suppliers on different engineering aspects /documentations to ensure compliance with the company’s established standards and technical specifications.
• Prepares and maintains up-to-date activities project schedules and work deliverables to provide predicted and actual progress of work in local marketing development projects and ensure that all assigned works are monitored and within the company’s requirements.
• Prepares service orders and cost estimates for major mechanical, electrical and civil works related to modification/uplifting of the existing company service stations.
• Develops scope of works and prepares technical specifications and tender documents for various local marketing projects.
• Reviews contractor's tendered documents to ensure compliance with the company's standards and established specifications.
• Attends site meetings at service stations and various local market projects to monitor the progress of work, ensure contractors work safely and within agreed specs and in accordance to the company's standards and EHS regulations.
• Conducts progress and planning meetings with consultants and contractors and reviews overall contractual work progress and schedules.
