Recruitment & Training unit (Responsible for all the operation in recruitment cycle from receiving PRF until joining formality & induction).
Conduct Training Needs Analysis, develop and monitor Training and Development plans for
ARMM Staff in order to enhance the capability of employees in handling their assignment
