- Performs functions related to the administration: develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Back up, recovery and secure data.
- Administrating Active directory.
- Familiar with ERP - Oracle issues.
- Dealing with vendors and following PAs for repairing cases.
- Manage shifting of project team and assist them in achieving project goals.
- Create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies.
- Analyze new and existing technologies and recommend changes in computer peripheral as per organization strategy.
- Provide assistance to management in maintaining vendor relationships.
- Prepare project plans, identify and resolve issues and communicate project status.
- Ensure timely delivery of services, adhere to quality and meet high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide systems support for any changes made to existing business environment.
- Ensuring staff is properly trained on new systems.
- Responsible for new builds and upgrades of PC software and hardware.
Additional work experience
- Worked as an acting supervisor for 7 months doing management tasks, I was controlling tasks among the team which consist of 3 Engineers and 3 operators.
