Portfolio Management_ Real Estate Finance:
Handle Institutional and government portfolios, processing financial transactions such long term & medium term lending, bridge financing & syndications.
Manage and monitor clients’ corporate, strategic and financial opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, bonds, shares, and initial public offerings (IPOs).
Work closely with other related entities such as internal & external law firms, finance & credit team professionals in creating tailor made products & services that best meet clients’ financial objectives.
Structure facility proposals by using financial models that depict clients historical & future operational and financial performances, and present necessary recommendations for approvals.
Liaise with governmental and non-government audit firms such as KPMG, McKinsey during the conduct of annual departmental audit reviews.
Client Relationship Management_ SME’s & Retail
Interact and deal with high net worth and corporate clients ensuring excellent service at all times as to generate a pipeline for referral business.
Screen the credit worthiness of prospective client, based on predefined structure proposals and credit policy of the bank prior to approval.
Understand the client’s financial objective, assess deal's desirability, and structure the detailed terms of the deal by taking into consideration all legal and regulatory issues.
Develop, communicate and implement customer loyalty and retention strategies, processes and systems to leverage customer experience and satisfaction.
Drive business growth through aggressive business initiatives that result in increased revenue for the bank.
Manage customer database, prepare reports and monitor department operations.
