- Ensure the Quality of the Project and done in accordance with the clients approved quality standards and specifications.
- Ensuring that all Materials Submittals from the contractors are properly check and verified with the clients approved quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct actual inspection for the propose design mixed/trial mixed of concrete.
- Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection and test plan.
- Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality control.
- Preparation of the Specific Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, check-sheets and related procedures.
- Implementation of the Quality Management and Control programme for the project.
- Daily site inspection and periodical offsite inspection.
- Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
- Ensuring that inspection request are implemented.
- Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contracts requirements.
- To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements
- Issue and administer Non-Conformance reports as necessary and ensure follow up.
- Monitor daily progress and inspections.
- Raise RFI for DHAHRAN Saudi Oger Ltd for them to make RFI.
- Daily coordination with Site Engineer for scheduling of 3rd party (AL HOTY) and SAUDI ARAMCO INSPECTOR
- Report activity to Dhahran by attached sign RFI & PHOTOS.
- In-charged for Quality Control and Quality Assurance inspection of molds prior to installation of reinforcements if it is properly clean and applied by mold released chemical with correct amount per liter to its designated square area, Assure correct bar diameter of reinforcements used as per plan used in production and its design lengths and bending, Secure that all materials used in production of precast concrete is from the approved supplier of the consultants like the clip and wheel spacer, silicon, insulations, plumbing fixtures and electrical pipes and boxes. Inspect that all process from preparation to finishing is within the correct methods of statements and double check for the proper usage of concrete curing chemicals.
- Conduct weekly inspection for all materials used in production of precast concrete if the said materials pass to its specific laboratory test like for steel- tensile test, sand and gravel- grading test, and other materials which requires+ the mill certificates as proof of their materials quality assurance.
- Take control and updates of methodology to have minimal to zero reject produced precast concrete as per daily records of productions and conduct study for other actions to be made in saving the produced precast concrete from rejections.
- In-charged for planning as per plan schedule before and after production of Fiber Glass Roof Panel until to its installation at site.
- In-charged for overall monitoring of Fiber Glass Roof panel to ensure the quality of works and follows the standards procedure from cutting of fiber cloth, fabrication of PET Foam with anti-glare and its anti-glare support, installation of secondary beam support, lamination of panel until it placed to oven and demolding process by the help of tower crane, finishing cutting of panel and installation of big heads and coating of panel.
- In-charged for updates of accomplishment reports and availability of materials at production area and site area to forecast daily the two weeks advance of materials request and man power assignment to its designated areas of works to avoid the stop of work due to lacking of materials for production.

1. Ajoya Housing
Housing Units Handled: 43 Housing Units
- Overall In-charged for inspection of house units from staking and layouts, foundation excavation, pouring of mat foundation, installation of shear wall technology panels for walls, electrical roughing ins and plumbing layouts until to its finishing works and punch listing period to assure the quality of work.
- In-charged for billings and plan revision as per actual site condition and sometimes upon request by the house owner.
- Conduct daily quality control measures in every items of work to be done to minimized and target the goal of aiming zero punch lists after the finishing works.
- In-charged for takeover of contractors and turnover of house units to its house owner.
2. Road Concreting Project
Road Upgrading/Concreting of Pinamungahan-Cadre Road, Chainage 0-700, Cebu.
- In-charged for lay outing the sub base, base and sub grade layer of roads until to its concreting and curing period.
- In-charged for conducting the materials quality control of concrete and rebar’s applying the ASTM and AASHTO standards.
- Serve as a Materials Engineer for the Contractor side to work hand in hand with the Materials Engineer for the Government side in making the planning and decisions to whatever problems may arise during the construction period.
3. Post Tensioning Project
- Overall in charged from installation to stressing and grouting of tendons.
- Knows post tensioning estimates.
- Knows post tensioning billings and quantities.
- Knows standards design strength of tendons depending on the required compressive strength of concrete.
- Skilled and trained as post tensioning STRESSER for stressing works.
- Knows standards methodology of post tensioning works.
- Knows standards jacking force either it is MONO or MULTI stressing.
