• Supervises monitors and controls the safe and efficient Production, Separation, Receipt, Storage, measurement transferring and loading of crude oil.
• Involved as a key member in ASAB (FFD) full field Development project is Ongoing Pre -Commissioning of 800000 BOPD new production facilities comprising Four (4) Production, Separation and Degassing trains, Two (2) Born Canada Fire Heater, Two (2) Multistage Gas lift Centrifugal Gas compressors Each Capacity more than 200 MMSCFD, Six (06) Multi Phase Flow meter (MPFM), Produced water Disposal System & Treatment System.
• Liaison with petroleum engineering department to carry out necessary well testing and data acquisition program.
• Coordinates maintenance and shutdown requirements to ensure operation of assigned facilities is running smoothly and in synch with export requirements.
• Liaises with various parties inside and outside ADCO to coordinate import/export activities including field operations, oil movement, SPC, Ruwais Refinery etc.
• Supervises the timely preparation of a variety of activity reports and documentation.
• Maintain a high level of safety awareness and standards in all daily duties and tasks and guide the subordinate staff on safe working practices.
• Proactively manage all HSE aspects of maintenance activity execution and compliance with directorate HSE plan
• Assists in developing the Department’s capital and operating budget and monitors expenditure. Ensures all work is carried out in accordance with HSE rules and regulations.
• Ensures that subordinates are fully familiar with HSE requirements and procedures, and that HSE rules are strictly followed.
• Knows the Company Health, safety and environmental policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to his area of responsibility, and ensures that they are effectively implemented in his domain.

• Start-up, running and shutdown of equipment, monitoring of product quality.
• Supervise and planning oil movement & logistic, Power generation & utilities, Laboratory Testing & Administration
• Prepared shut down/startup and emergency procedures.
• Prepared SOPs for Bosicor Pakistan limited Refinery.
• Shut down Planning & start up planning.
• Preparations of annual turnaround job packages, revamp project, coordination with contractors for the execution of jobs in safer manner.
• Provide on-site technical support to operations including: commissioning assistance, trouble shooting, performance testing, monitoring and optimization, de-bottlenecking, provision of operating guidelines and manuals, advice on chemical injection requirements and plant material balance reviews.
• Identify and develop site modifications thru MOC.
• To monitor and prepare Staff progress appraisals
• Monitoring plant and personnel safety plans.
• Guide to shift engineers and team in Plant Operation.
• Performance Evaluation of Process Equipment.
• Mass and Energy Balances of plant& Monitoring Data logging and plants parameters
