Responsibilities:
• Interfaces with SEC Management, Project Engineering Staff, Suppliers, Subcontractors,
Clients & Consultants.
• Management and co-ordination of all project specifications and associated technical data,
gaining the necessary approvals and ensuring the distribution and availability of the data
where its need in support of project quality is required.
• Following the Documents, Technical Submittals and Drawing for Approval from Saudi
Electricity Company.
• Preparing all Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Responsible for the management and operation of project works related to quality, cost,
programmers, and health and safety of operatives and staff.
• Responsible to develop and maintain good working and social relationship with the Client,
Consultant and & Utilities Department Officials to ensure the smooth running of the Project.
• Co-ordination & preparation of Design Input, Output, Validation, changes & formal design
reviews with Operation/Engineering Manager.
• The selection, sourcing and scheduling of all purchased materials, gaining the necessary
approvals to procure and ensuring the availability of materials on site within the time
schedule.
• Responsible to ensure that the standard of the installed works is in accordance with the technical and quality specification of the contract and quality of workmanship is maintained to the highest standards.
• Responsible for effective organization, deployment and control of the site labour

B-Testing and Commissioning engineer October 2007 to June 2008
• Organizing, conducting and supporting test activities.
• Make point to point and function test as per the approved scheme with approved from the customer and as per M/S SEC requirements.
• Rapidly response to equipment failures & implementing immediate repairs.
• Responsible for executing test cases, documenting results and defects.
• Testing and fault finding finished systems in accordance with company procedures.
• Loading and installation of software in the relays with testing in the factory.
A- Projects coordinator from March 2007 to September 2007
• Responsible for the coordination with the all departments to ensure the work are going
smoothly as per the approved drawings from the customer.
• Review design deliverables together with the design consultant and engineers and ensure that
it is in order for submission as per the customer requirements and as per M/S SEC standers.
• Attend technical design clarification and project meetings to meet the customer requirements
• Coordinate with the document controller on the transaction of the design deliverables to ensure that the flow of the documents is smooth and correct.
• Assist the procurement team by providing all necessary technical inputs to facilitate award of procurement and subcontract packages, attend technical clarifications as and when required and also assist QA and QC.
• Coordination with the customer to make the FAT in the factory thru our testing engineers in the presence the QC engineers.
• Coordination with production and QC engineers to packing the panels after finalizes the customer comments.
• Deliver the panels to the customer and finalize the internal procedures.
