Run and organize LQA training for therapist

To do site inspection for resident guests and members.

Responsible to handle and interact with VVIP guest, Dignitaries and Royalties.
Assisting in guest reservation, inquiries and bill payment using micros and credit card machine.
Rendered different body treatments, massage and facials as required by our spa partners and spa manual.
Administer ear candling treatment.
Guide the team for trainings and activities during quiet periods.
Liaise w/ the manager the computation of therapist commissions, budget, profit and loss.

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy , a 5 year course with a 1 yr internship program in diffirent hospitals and clinics.
