• Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Currently managing 3 people under me: 2 recruitment consultants and 1 business development manager.
• Reporting line to the Managing Director.
• Using HRIS Online Software to maintain proper and organised records.
• Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
• Participate in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions.
• Meet established hiring goals and maintains compliance within talent acquisition.
• Generate qualified candidates through a variety of cost-effective recruiting efforts.
• Interact and build successful relationships with key internal business leaders and serve as a primary
• source of recruitment strategy, consultation, and education to the organization
• Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
• Build a quality relationship with the clients & candidates.
• Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
• Manage, develop and train the team of senior and junior recruiters.
• Work closely with the Senior Leaders, VP HR and HR business partners to anticipate the talent needs of the business and will be responsible for developing a pipeline of talent ready to meet the strategic needs of the business.
• Ensure maintenance of a database of available and qualified applicants which will be reviewed prior to initiating any and all external recruitment drives and all records pertaining to recruitment (e.g. number of applications received, number of CV‘s rejected, number of interviews conducted etc.).
• Managing filing of company legal documents, employees’ files, and design filing system.
• Involved in internal recruitment of new employees.

• Researching & Headhunting to identify relevant candidates for my clients using different Job portals & the
Database.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates.
• Interviewing & performing a detailed screening of the candidate's profile by telecom screening followed
With face to face meeting, to get a detailed understanding before presenting the CV to the client.
• Arranging interviews
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing agreements between client and candidates.
• Issuing the Offer Letters to the candidates and getting them signed and support both the parties in
