Responsibilities
Responsible for technical support of after sales products of the company.
Maintenance and repair of POS terminals
Monitors system faults reported by customers and provide technical solutions
Evaluates and monitors causes of quality problems and formulates corrective and preventive actions for assembly lines handled
Record and analyzes statistical data. Prepares, analyzes, summarizes and interprets technical data and reports to validate or show deviations from existing quality standards
Conduct New Model Test Productions, documentations and planning for all assembly lines handled and ensures highest quality on all units produced
Engineer in charge of Production 5S, Safety, ESD, Manual Soldering and Dust Control Activities
Subject Matter Expert (Trainer) in Soldering, Inspection, Quality Test and ESD.
> Machine Set-up & Repair of Test Equipment and Test handlers in order to meet daily delivery and quality targets
> Test/ Production Yield: Perform corrective/ containment action on low yield batches at final test/ mark/ pack. Provide feedback to assembly when neccessary in order to facilitate action on low yield.
> Equipment Availability & Efficiency: Ensuring machine performance, by conducting preventive maintenance activities and optimization projects to esnure imporved machine efficiency and availability for production use.
> Test Equipment Compliance: Ensure all test equipment is calibrated at the specified period to esnure measurement and product quality.
> Train and qualify new operators on how to use testing equipment and its operation.
> Test Measurement Integrity: Perform reference sample check on periodic basis ensuring test measurement correlation. Fills up data for reference drift chart organization.
> Belongs to Project Group- software division, the research and development team of Allegro Test Engineering Department
> Responsible in monitoring and troubleshooting of network problems of test handlers
> Responsible on maintenance and sustaining of test handlers (Tesec 9306)
> Programming. Responsible in modifications of different Test Handler programs using micro controller compilers. Uses programming languages such as Microsoft C and Dynamic C
> Act as process engineer.Deflash, Trim, Form and Singulation (Back End process)
> Responsible in monitoring the back end yield, making reports and implementations of different process improvements.
> Monitoring the On-Air Operation of TFC 2 Middle East
> Acted as VTR man and as continuity switcher
