Preparation/ maintenance of Project deliverable documents - Master business process list, QAD Exit Scorecard, Interface summary documents, Market specific Custom module documentation, etc.

Responsibilities: Change request review, approval and implementation.

Project Description: Responsible for QAD enhancement requests raised in e-tracker tool. Review the change requests raised by business. Prepare the approach document and estimation and get approval from QAD governance board. Once approved, the approach will be discussed with business and the changes will be implemented as per the CSDM methodology followed in ford application development. Handled critical enhancements for FORD APA markets and received several customer appreciations.
