As Project Manager / Senior Manager managing Network for Spectrum (NFS) Defense Project at Rajasthan for Optical Fiber backbone network. Also managed M2M activities including research the M2M/IoT market for opportunities, Collaborate with other M2M and IoT forums for seminars, meetings, workshops etc. and Partner with channel leaders for future business.

Main projects completed are standardization & formulation of Telecom Roadmap for consultancy, Pan African e-Network Project (US$ 110M Project for whole Africa) for Tele-Education, Tele-Medicine, VVIP Connectivity & Satellite Communication equipment etc. Responsible for generating revenue through meeting the needs of both existing and prospective customers in target industry sectors. Also in charge of making sure that the business meets both its short and long term objectives. Handled tendering, ordering, customs clearance, invoicing, acceptance testing and local accounting also. Liaising with Ethiopian Government & agencies, African Union & Other member state governments of African Union offices for agreement signature & smooth operation of projects. Consultancy was done for the IT Park Developer, IT Park Corporation and formulation of Telecommunication Development and Technology Standardization Roadmap projects. All accounting related works were also handled successfully.

• Youngest Project Manager (Business Development & Technical) for Regional Office Ethiopia.
• Extension agreement for the PAN African e-Network Project was signed for 48 African countries with African Union. Youngest in the company to sign such a big order for 48 countries together.
• Got two promotions i.e. Manager & Senior Manager along with double increment at Senior Manager level.

Works completed were preparation of telecom related tenders including obtaining quotes from various vendors, preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, path profiles, technical proposals, special write-ups, technical & financial proposals, delivery schedule, compliance statements, follow-up of submitted tenders and reports etc. Assisting Foreign Project Offices in troubleshooting works & providing technical assistance etc. along with preparation of country-wise progress reports. Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of VSAT Antennas (2.4 & 3.5 Mtrs), Modems, Modulators, Combiners, Up & Down Converters, TV Transmitters, High Power Amplifiers (700W & 400W), Splitters, optical fibre transmission systems, PCs, Servers, Studio equipment, IT equipment, power systems under Pilot Project for Tele-Education & Tele-Medicine and various Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) Projects including SchoolNet Project. Consultancy was done for the development of National Network Master Plan project. In addition, all business development activities and accounting were also handled.

• Saved almost half million US$ by prioritizing and building an action-oriented team. Successfully completed the SDH/PDH Backbone & CDMA-WLL projects in war torn Afghanistan (where nobody was willing to go for installation) and worked with American, NATO & Afghan Armies to complete the 6 month delayed project in 9 months record time. Managed a team of more than 25 professionals.

Works completed were preparation of telecom related techno-commercial proposals, survey, installation, testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance of telecom equipment like UHF/VHF systems, Microwave Antennas, Towers, outside plant network i.e. OSP Network including Manholes, Handholes, Trenching, Cable Laying (Primary, Secondary, Drop Wire etc.), MDF, Vault Room, Cabinets, DPs etc., solar power systems, rectifiers, UPS, dehydrators and Network Management Systems etc. for Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation Projects including digital UHF project to connect 65 remote locations to capital city Addis Ababa, and Nazreth & Dire Dawa outside plant projects. In addition, all tendering activities were also handled.
• Main clients served: Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation and Ethiopian ICT Development Agency.
• Completed Telecom & IT Projects worth approximately US$ 10 Million.
• Successfully designed, fabricated & installed the Vault Room Structure for Primary Cable at Nazreth Exchange Ethiopia at the age of 23 years. In addition, also done the Acceptance Testing of Cabinets in record time. Managed a team of more than 45 professionals.
• Successfully completed the Digital UHF Project in record time of 9 Months instead of expected 12 months and saved about quarter million US$.
As Executive Trainee in India prepared manuals for the training purpose of Malawi Telecom Officers. Also prepared bids & expression of interest offers including special articles, technical & commercial compliances, price schedule and delivery schedule etc. along with follow-up of submitted proposals.
