I work as part time Marketing executive supporting client services and marketing the IT products.
Creating and modifying documents using a range of programmes including MS Office.
Supporting Ongoing Government Project - Excellence Award management system & Excellence Builder for Abu Dhabi Police.
Identify and resolve common problems and potential risk issues across projects. Provide oversight to ensure projects are in compliance with established standards (Project Management).
Responsible in managing the overall activities of the relating to development, maintenance and testing activities related to software applications.
Coordinate with the client regarding their deliveries.
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Coordinate Training Events/ Conference as and when required.
Improving the corporate culture for employees and improving administration of the company, performing team building activities.
Developing administrative practices and processes to ensure consistency
Preparation of internal staff reports Sickness / absence monitoring & reduction
1. Preparing the design document for proposed solutions (Document Management).
2. Analyse the effort put in by each team member and create required presentation/ excel for the lead.
3. Quality audit of the deliverables submitted by the support member.
4. Attend meeting with lead to prepare the minutes of meeting to submit to manager
All time topper in the college and was one among the top 50 rank holder of computer science engineers passed out from Anna University in the year 2007.
