Performing a variety of administrative or executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
Reading and screening incoming correspondence and reports; making preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizing documents; handling some matters personally and forwarding appropriate materials to the CEO and staff.
Receiving and screening incoming calls and visitors, determining the priority matters are, and alerting the CEO accordingly. Making referrals to appropriate staff or providing requested information.
Composing letters and memorandum in response to inquiries.
Acting as liaison between the CEO Office, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments.
Updating CEO on status of issues before scheduled meetings.
Preparing agenda and collecting materials for meetings; taking minutes and keeping records of proceedings.
Coordinating and facilitating the CEO’s calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Coordination internationally
Having strong communication with business partners, recruiting agencies
Comparing and arranging trainings for the staff
Employees evaluation and hierarchy with CEO
Involved in assisting marketing department being meticulous
Maintaining filing and records management system of the monetary transactions approved by CEO
Compiling and reporting Financial, Commercial and Operations KPIs to head office.
Responsible to arrange meetings with JV parties, sub contractors and makes the minutes
Arrange to conduct meetings regarding ongoing projects with marketing, development, sales team. Make KPIs and targets during sensation.
