Pro-actively market the malls according to tenancy plan and achieve maximum rentals and occupancy levels.
Approach, negotiate and recommend investment opportunities to international and local brands, presenting them with our esteemed projects and invite them to be a part of internationally recognized shopping centers for their future growth.
Negotiate leases for both vacant units and renewals across all categories including: Anchors, line units, F&B and leisure.
Plan and execute Specialty Leasing campaigns including leasing for banners, marketing spaces, kiosks, & ATM's.
Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing tenants and Retail Groups to ensure continued and future business.
Develop Leasing projections and business plan and establish revenue objectives for malls.
Coordinate and assist in preparation of marketing collateral for the mall including promotional plans, developing informational material and preparation of leasing and marketing brochures and presentations.
In charge of Business Development for a portfolio of shopping Malls focusing on Retail Leasing for our own properties and also providing services to external clients for their under development projects.
Reporting to Director and General Manager of Leasing mainly involving the Development of Business Strategy, Overall Property Leasing, Development of New Business Portfolios, Tenant and Merchandising Mix, Shopping Mall Advisory Projects, Retail Site Selection Decisions and Business Development Opportunities.
