• Entire end-to-end supply chain/Logistics activities in the warehouse using WMS.
• Ensure proper, efficient and maximum utilization of manpower and space.
• Warehouse and material management.
• Inventory and cost control of around 2000SKU.
• Software used for WMS (inventory management) is, “SAGE ERP Accpac”.
• Key Performance Indicators (Inventory Days, Turnover, Inventory Forecasting)
• Inter-Store/Branches transfer and Logistics.
• Monthly meeting with Group CFO to forecast and discuss Stocks levels, Near Expires, Non-Moving items. (PIVOT Analysis)
• Responsible for assigned inventory item. Managing Inventory for Pharmaceuticals and medicinal devices.
• Regular Analysis and reporting of Expires/Near Expires/ slow moving/Non-moving and coordinating with Stakeholders/Suppliers for its consumption or Return.
• Vendor Management, Schedule of Delivery.
• Directs and guides assistants, helper’s storekeeper and computer operators.
• Stock level analysis based on consumption and forecasting future orders; Generating PR/PO for suppliers while keeping it in allocated budget.
• Initiate and approving Purchase order to keep a healthy inventory level.
• Stock receiving as per duly signed purchase order. Checking batch, expires and quantity as per purchase order and invoices received.
• Report any discrepancies (batch expiry differences, quantity less or excess, price difference) found among purchase order, invoices and take relevant action.
• Entering GRN (GRV) into the system as per invoices received.
• Issuance of stock as per demand following the Principals of FIFO/FEFO. (MRN)
• Purchase returns if and when needed and keeping record for future references.
• Prior intimation to companies about short expires and following it afterwards to ensure safe and healthy inventory.
• Credit notes if and when required and keeping record of it for future references.
• Perform regular audit (Daily random and monthly whole stock) to minimize errors and stock loss.
Maternal and child medication in hospital ensuring Emergency supplies of alternatives and Child dosage calculation/recommendations also Administration of child vaccines and Prescription Handling / Filling/Patient counseling and Stock Maintenance and Check and Daily Supply of Hospital medicines and operatives also doing Daily random Audit and Narcotics Record Maintenance Drug Information Cell, Expiry Check/ Intimation/ FIFO, Credit Billing/Verification of Credit Medicine and bills, Monthly Complete Audit, Summary Verification then Claiming of amount, Training of junior staff. Appointing and Managing lower staff duties, reporting direct to Manager about daily performance.
Managing Pharmacy, Patient Counselling, Maintainging of Stock, Keeping Narcotic Record and Training of junior staff.
