• Lead and successfully completed the EMV/SPAN2 migration program and PCI-DSS compliance program for the bank. Successfully implemented the EMV Chip Card Acquiring and Issuing project. Successfully implemented the completion of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) v1.2 project making Bank AlBilad attain the compliancy against this PCI-DSS standard.
• Managed and implemented several enhancement projects for the Core Banking Application T24. Was a key team member for the Temenos T24 upgrade to R8 carrying key project management responsibilities including Business requirements gathering, project planning and execution, risk identification, managing IT & Business stakeholder’s expectations, SIT & UAT coordination, Implementation and project closure.

Involved in managing application development and support for the tools Magic Service Desk (implemented ITIL framework partly that includes Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management service support processes) and Samba Estimation and Planning Tool.

Worked as a Systems Consultant for Toronto Hydro, Toronto city’s source for energy, was a key member on a new project for deregulation of the Electricity market. They were using the new release of the Utility package named SCT BANNER CIS version 2.2.2 that takes care of different service components. SCT Columbia was involved in developing and customizing their product to incur the business needs of Toronto Hydro following the code of OEB (Ontario Energy Board) because of the involvement of different Retailers with the Distributor (Toronto Hydro). The interaction between the retailers and the distributor involves Service Request STR’s from EBT (Electronic Business Transactions) Interface.

• Setting up the environment for using BANNER application for the users by compiling and generating all the Database Triggers, Procedures & Packages in SQLPLUS, all the Forms and Reports on Forms 5.0 and Reports 3.0 respectively and all the C & COBOL processes on the Unix end.

SCT utility software package provides client/server technology to fit multiple platforms using ORACLE as their RDBMS. Their current client West Coast Energy is merging with six other gas companies all over Canada and Centra Gas is one of the companies, which is downsizing from mainframe legacy system to Client/Server RDBMS system. Worked as a Consultant Programmer/Analyst for this multi-million dollar project.
