My goal is to establish the IKEA as the first destination for furnishing businesses in my local market. I optimize IKEA BUSINESS sales and sustained profitability by actively working with the customer segment of business owners.
Responsible to lead IKEA BUSINESS & Workspace team for IKEA Saudi Arabia and Bahrain (5 stores and 4 pickup points with sales goal 320 Million SAR = 65 MEUR.
Responsible to follow up and achieve the country commercial goals.
Work with the country commercial team on all commercial and expansion plans for all
new sales points CBU (Commercial Build Up).
Analyze and follow up all the relevant KPIs (Brand capital, ICSS, VOICE, Mystery
shopper).
Responsible for the Pricing, forecasting and stock management.
Attending the global meetings and giving input on global level to later make decisions on
a national level.
Conduct all the workshops, training and the other activities to keep the store team
updated, motivated and highly skilled.
Good achievements record (146% Growth Index IKEA BUSINESS FY15 and 117% FY16
119% HFB03 growth index FY16.
FY17 vs FY16 IKEA BUSINESS growth 165%- HFB03 Growth 107%.
• To lead the store and ensure that the sales and profit are maximize and the company and franchisor's standards are exceeded. To provide direction of the store through leadership, motivation & effective communications.
• responsible for the total budget and sales goals and share the results and reports withe the country sales manager.
• Ensure that all times and all areas of operation the highest standards of customer service are achieved and expected as the norm.
• interact with the country logistic team to ensure that the stock and delivery are on place according to the business needs and company policies and standards.
• aligned with the HR team to fill all the vacancies and make sure that all the staff are trained and developed according to the business needs, company, and brand standards.
• Ensure that the store display and merchandizing methods are aligned with the company and brand standards.
• Through weekly, monthly quarterly reports and meeting updated the store team and the top management team to share the store results, challenges and achievements and ensure that all are updated accordingly.

• I am responsible to lead the sales team in the eastern province (Showroom & Project dept) to achieve the sales target within the company theme and strategy.
• Monitor the sales KPI’s and control costs and expenses to make sure that we are on the right track.
• Put the display and the merchandising plan to reflect our strong name and brands in a professional way.
• Communicate the suppliers to get all updates about the brands and products.
• Make sure that we provide our products and services to the customers in a professional way.
• Train and update my team to keep them on the right track in all relevant lines (products knowledge, brands, competitors and local market, customers and living situations).
• Communicate the management team in order to update them about the customer needs, sales, market, competitors, and team by the proper reports and provide the proper recommendations.
Successfully Lead the sales team to sell, present and sales steering for over than 3800 product in the showroom by setting a goals and targets to achieve the annual sales budget/s and store share:
• Develop a strategy to sell the profit and turnover product, and the top sellers and set the required forecasting.
• Generate Sales KPI’s, analyze and set the action plan accordingly.
. To lead and support staff to provide visitors and customer with a positive shopping experience and to enhance the competitive strength of the company product range and reinforce the self-choice and self-service concept
. Participates with Store Management Team in developing annual Business Plan
. Work with the marketing and Sales & Range managers in Country Office to plan and organize marketing activities related to the commercial calendar
• Work closely with the logistic team to analyze the logistic KPIs reports and set & implementing the required action plan.
• Working with Comm.-In (Communication and Interior) department on range presentation and communication and set action plan to reflect IKEA concept and provide the visitors a good shopping experience, inspire them about IKEA ideas and solutions .
. • Leading the CBU (commercial build up), when building new IKEA store in Dhahran.
• Develop and set activities from the commercial calendar to support vitality through the year.
. Work closely with the commercial team to analyze and improve the business strategies to achieve the short & long business plans goals.
. Analyze the CSI & Brand Capital and set the proper action plan to secure and improve the high levels in all business aspects.
. Follow-up and communicate to the store manager, the store management team and the sales leaders the agreed KPI’s within your area of responsibility
• Develop and set training & motivation calendar for the team” Group leaders, sales leaders, and co-worker” and keep the team updated in term of IKEA concept, product knowledge & the commercial goals.
• Visit, monitor, analyze competitors, and set action plan toward findings based on SWOT to ensure that IKEA have the lowest price image in the local market.
Sales projects supervisor (sale and distribute construction materials for the major projects and companies in Eastern province.
Build better relationships at the level of work with our partners in the market to achieve the goals of the company and the constant search for new outlets to reach the largest possible number of customers under the terms of the competitive market and company concept.
Sales furniture showroom manager -sales and management and coordinating the business through out the showroom (customers and company and staff)
monitoring the market and submit the recommendation to improve the business.
Work with whole sale and build good relations with the clients in the market
Make the sales studies and competitors’ analyses to lead the business to achieve the goals
