In charge of managing regulatory activities when it comes to setting Operational Master Plan, defining process, collating regulatory compliance requirements for Nestlé range of products for 13 countries and managing regulatory events.

− Analyze, identify and solicit international provider recruitment requests for direct settlement network participation.
− Obtain through negotiation (both remote and in person) cost effective contracts with international hospitals, clinics, physicians and other providers for medical services.
− Participates in the strategic recruitment of international providers satisfying specific network goals and objectives.
− Ensure responsible and timely outreach for provider contracts working to obtain optimal direct pay and discount pricing arrangements.
− Coordinate and provide support for the effective ongoing operation of provider contracts with international providers and network business partners to ensure network consistency.
− Conduct the appropriate provider training and education for new and existing international providers.
− Ensure optimal results by working with internal cross-functional areas to implement all aspects of new provider contracts.
− Ensure ongoing positive communication both with international providers, with internal cross-functional areas; raise any issues promptly, and provide recommendations for solutions.
− Keep management informed of status, problems, plans and meetings related to the development and success of the direct settlement network.
− Contribute to the company's medical cost reductions and work to secure optimal provider discounts both direct and via network business partners. Contribute to the development of and utilize provider network data analytic tools/reports in order to track/analyze network performance (utilization data, discount tracking and validation of discounts)
− create and present formal presentations to all levels of management both internally and externally in support of Sales, Account Management, and Regional Managing Directors. Effectively communicate/demonstrate the Network Value proposition.
