• Audit and update employee’s database according to Dubai Government HR law.
• Payroll process (Promotions, Transfer, Assignment Allowance, Internal Lecturers Rewards, Education Fees, Housing Loan Recovery, Zayed Loan Recovery, Nursery Deduction, Training Cost Deduction, Education Reward…..)
• RTA employees Overtime calculation.
• Prepare Key Performance Index (KPI)
• Electronic Archiving Project.
• Familiar with GRP (Oracle Applications)
Duties & Responsibilities
• update and manage employees data base
• All types of labor and immigration works
• All types of medical services for employees
• Preparation of documents needed for medical services
• THASHEEL works for new labor card and labor card cancellation
• New online cancellation procedures
• Handling of passports, labor cards and other documents for more than10000 labors
• Preparation of Arabic letters for different purpose to the various govt offices
• Working for Eight sisters companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Good working relation to the labor and immigration office
• Familiar with UAE labor laws.
•Manage timely and accurate transmission of HR & personnel processing
•Review, adapt and implement HR & Personnel policies and procedures
•Maintain existing systems; assess them periodically; recommend and implement changes
•Responsible for employee filling, making sure all sensitive documents are in place
•Issuing time sheets and forwarding to payroll in/order to process salaries
•Create reports as and when required - to provide selected data from the personnel database
•Oversee the calculation of leave salary, employee benefits to ensure compliance with Company Policy
•Effectively respond to questions and inquiries regarding personnel related issues

•Submitting employees related reports on a monthly basis and assist Directors
•Update Employee related Personnel Module regularly.
•Preparing the reports to financial department to pay retroactive payments for the Salaries Revised Employees.
•Customizations of Increments, Promotions, Deductions.
•Monthly check on personnel details against documents for transaction including documents, additions, payables and unpaid leave and before reconciling the payroll.
•Time Allocation Sheets for Employees, Subcontractors, Cost Reference Reports,
•Handle employee queries on personnel & payroll issues.
•Oversee procedure relating to employee resignation.
•Submitting related financial statements on a monthly basis and assist the HR Manager.
•Update HR Database and related Personnel Module regularly.
