•In the laboratory I have been doing the analysis of petroleum finished products & intermediate products. like VGO, LVGO, HVGO, HGO, GO.
•Analysis of Pilot Plant (Hydrotreater, Hydrocracker & Hydro Reformer) sample.
•Analysis of Refinery sample like Takreer Abu Dhabi & Ruwais Refinery.
•Preparation of summary report for the laboratory analysis.
•Data entry in LIMS system.
•Responsible for calibration, maintenance & checking of performance of instruments by using standards.
•Experience in hands on all equipments related to petroleum products analysis.

•Analysis of raw material feed Naphtha, Gasoline, blending samples, MTBE & oxygenates samples, Process Intermediates & final products samples.
•To coordination between the process & laboratory to improve product quality,
•Preparation of summary report for the laboratory analysis.

In Bosicor I assist the laboratory commissioning team for the installation of Lab instruments.
Supervise & control various Laboratory activities.
Main Responsibility
•Carried out the more complex tests & analysis of crude petroleum products (Naphtha, Kerosene, HSD, Furnance, Fuel Oil, LPG, Reformate, Jet Fuel & Gasoline) water, sulfur & other substances.
•QA/QC of petroleum products as per ASTM, IP, UOP & other International test procedures. Calibrate the test equipments & standardize various analytical reagents.
•Maintain Lab inventory such as chemicals, glasswares, gases.

National Refinery Pakistan Ltd has given me a platform to start my career in Petroleum Industries where I learned varieties of analytical skills & analytical Instrument Operations related to petroleum products.
Main Responsibility
In which QC lab RON engine, GC analyzer & finish products analysis of naphtha, kerosene, M/S, jet fuels, HSD, furnace oil, BTX (benzene, toluene, xylene) different great of lubes & different type of gases such as LPG, hydrogen sulfide, permanent & emission gases. Complete testing of Lube, fuels. Product following (ASTM, IP, UOP & Refinery related methods) was a part of my job.
