Pharmalink is a private pharmaceutical distributor within the UAE specialized in importing medicines of the highest quality in order to satisfy patient needs and provide them with optimum care. Medicina Group of Pharmacies is the retail arm of Pharmalink comprising its prime pharmacies across 60 strategic locations all over UAE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment:
•Facilitate the selection and staff recruitment process of pharmacists, medical/sales rep, Brand Managers and all other roles of the organization in consultation with the functional head.
•Prepare job descriptions in accordance with requisition, job posting, sourcing &screening resume from internal sources, and external jobsites.
•Conduct preliminary interviews over phone, preparing and running assessment centers, short listing candidates based on scores and feedback, final interview conduction with the hiring manager / panel, Interview/ assessment invites, acceptance rejection emails & conducting reference checks.



On Boarding and Off Boarding:
•Creation and maintenance of employee records/personnel file management.
•Send out new employees announcements. Arrange for all employees assets and email id creation.
•Consolidation and application of new insurance cards in liaison with insurance company.
•Complete exit interview with employee and notify PRO for cancellation process.
•Calculation of Employee End of Service Benefits
Employee Relation:
•First Point of Contact for all AUH employees of Pharmalink and Medicina.
•Tracking and Monitoring time and attendance of employees. Send notification emails and handle cases of unauthorized absence diligently
•Initiates correspondence related to various activities of HR, including replies to employees’ enquiries, change of employment status, and submit to HR Manager for consideration and further process.
•Prepare letters-Salary Certificate, NOC and Employment Letter for employees.
•Listen to employee grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
•Broadcast all relevant communication and announcements in a timely manner.
Employee Engagement:
•Was involved in enhancing employee engagement by coordinating and conducting the below company events
•Cycle Meeting Event held once in two years to facilitate and reward the best achievers and performers in recognition of their hard work and commitment exemplified whilst achieving organization objectives.
•Open day was held tore member the milestones / achievements accomplished during the year and sharing the success of the organization with all the employees. Conducting Talent Hunt and Pot Luck contests to identify the hidden talents of the organization.
•Sports day was organized to build and boost team spirit among employees.
