Achievements:

1) Achieved average savings over USD 200, 000 per year by negotiating warranties and cost of repair.
2) Evaluated and recommended suppliers based on quality, performance and cost.
3) Summarised huge volume of data for budgeting purpose.
4) Automation of weekly reports through macro programming in MS Access. Produced reports in Excel format for analysis.
5) Suggested automation of daily reports to the management. Previously, the reports were created manually through data entry process which was prone to errors.

Responsibilities:

· Processing invoices and coordinating with accounts payable with the objective of making timely payments to the suppliers and vendors.

· Coordinating with various vendors to expedite repair process of aircraft components and track their shipment to avoid AOG and nil stock situations.

· Evaluating and scrutinizing repair quotes with an objective of minimising costs and ensuring that warranties are honoured.

Invoicing process improvement by eliminating redundancies and standardising various activities.
