Specific Responsibilities—Facility Development

 Appointment of Consultant for Preparation of tender documents, specification and architectural, structural and MEP design

 Review of Design and tender documents as per internal customers requirement Vendor evaluation and tender award process inclusive of management approval. Execution of contract as per specifications and general conditions of contractor.

 Site Visits for quality control and invoice verification along with internal payment process

 Project management and monitoring of vendors for speedy delivery of Projects

 Detailed Schedule with project milestone and contractual key dates, establishing inter dependencies among different disciplines such as site preparation, basic utilities, mobilization, civil, piping, HVAC, plumbing, Mechanical along with testing commissioning of Building Management systems

 Cash flow projections and analysis, identification of critical areas of progress and suggesting recovery plans for acceleration.

 Quality Control of structure works, renovation, HVAC, Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting system, CCTV, Access Control system as per bank Approved HSE Policy

Specific Responsibilities—Facility Operation

 Supervising Operation and maintenance of Offices along with technical building and business centers, Data Centers that includes Power with back up Genset, HVAC, FA/FF, CCTV and BM systems

 Operation and Maintenance of Data Centre and Mega office Buildings

Working as Project director on Data Center, Call Center and Ememrgency Command/Control Center Construction and

 Preparation of tender documents specification and design review of all trades.

 Vendor evaluation and tender award process. Execution of contract as per specifications and general conditions of contractor.

 Project management and monitoring of vendors for speedy Wimax and Long haul network

 Detailed Schedule with project milestone and contractual key dates, establishing interdependencies among different disciplines such as site preparation, basic utilities, mobilization, civil, piping, HVAC, plumbing, Mechanical along with testing commissioning

 Following up monitoring the schedules including progress curves inline with target and baseline schedule.

 Establishing and producing reporting system to the management (daily, weekly, monthly) and internally (productivity and construction status).

 Cash flow projections and analysis, identification of critical areas of progress and suggesting recovery plans for acceleration.

 Supervised Operation and maintenance of MSC, BSC and BTS sites along with technical building and business centers that includes Power with back up Genset, HVAC, FA/FF, CCTV and BM systems

 Sourcing for all kind solutions required as per site on construction of Offices, Hub Sites & ADM Sites.
 Preparing annual budgets & its implementation saving lot of money for the company.
 Training of all hired sources as per requirement.
 Undertook travelling for constant monitoring, evaluation and quality control of construction, following a very hectic and busy schedule for achieving specified targets for quality control and quantity wise
 Development & Implementation of Cost Rationalization Project to curtail the operational budget with complete monitoring & checks.
 Development of Hosted Data Centre - Wateen’s Multiple business part, for which myself has supervised Construction, Electrification & Installation of 2x400 KVA DG Sets, Air-condition, Raised Flooring etc.

 Coordination and meetings with client and consultants regarding projects execution status.
 Preparation of engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning baseline schedule.
 Project price breakdown for activities
 Preparation of cash flow plan.
 Preparation of progress curves and manpower histograms.
 Project progress monitoring and updating as per approved schedule
 Issuance of periodic progress reports as per client requirements.
 Preparation of Payment certificates to the clients and subcontractor invoices verification
 Preparation of material flow schedule as per company procurement procedure

Specific Responsibilities:

 Project engineering planning and design review
 Supervision and Overall Construction Schedules monitoring
 Sub-contracts Schedules follow up
 Updating Monthly Construction Programmes
 Daily and Monthly Progress Reports
 Development of PMS (Progress measurement System) & Weekly progress reports
 Drawing / Material Hold-up Report
 Monitoring and analyzing daily production rates which includes:
 Capturing daily man-hours especially for civil and mechanical activities and compare them with budgets / plans.
 Updating the acceleration & project control programme on weekly basis.
 Highlighting all activities falling behind schedule and recommending measures to be taken to recover / improve the progress of those activities.
 Plan / forecast resource requirements (manpower, critical material and equipment) to be utilized in order to achieve the accelerated programme.Participation in Weekly / Monthly Review Meetings with Client / Contractors and also internal review meetings
 Preparation of payment certificate to client and verification of subcontractor invoices

Responsibilities
•All site construction arrangement
Quality control of equipment foundations, control House Building Approach road and transformer way construction work.
•Preparation of bar bending schedule
•Preparation of bidding documents for other projects

Responsibilities:
•Planning and estimation of concrete material.
•Preparation and supervision of bar bending as per bar bending schedule, shuttering and concreting of INDUSTRY building.
•Survey Planning and estimating the construction material for main and colony roads.
•Preparation of Bills of quantities.
•Repair and maintenance of old main and site offices.
