This is an international company specialized in Duty Free industry, am the 1st
HR in the company, so I
finalize all the establishing governmental documents form SAGIA, MOC, MOL…etc., Plus the HR
issues like budgeting, recruiting, salary scale…etc.
* Handing over all the HR Issues form our sister company Tibah Airports which handled the HR
Process before I joined.
* Payroll issuing.
* Controlling the Saudizatiuon percentage to reach the platinum zone in Taqat. Until raced
Platinum Zone in Labor office.
* Make the SOP's for the company.
* Take exception for 79 employees from HRDF, which they registered in GOSI for more than a
year.
* Fixing the GOSI problems.
* Contacting with the overseas agencies for retreating.
* Making new department (Business Support Department) witch is response about the HR,
Marketing & PR this department was new born so I make the SOP's from the scratch.
Managing all the Human Resource Department there (Recruitments, Budgeting, Hiring People,
Planning …etc.)
Following-up All the HR Issues Such as (Recruitments, Interviewing, Budgeting, Governments
relations …etc.).
I was 1 of the pre-opening team in Zamzam Pullman, I finalized all the recruitment process matching
with the manpower budgeting, making SOP's, Salary Scales…etc.
* Take the actions with the outside agencies for internationals hiring the new candidates.
* Following-up all the staff housing issue.
* Controlling the Saudizatiuon percentage to reach the platinum zone in Taqat.
* Following the budget to make sure all the department are on manpower budget.
* Following the Scheme of Service.
* Finalizing all the recruitment process.
* Close the budget of manpower & hiring 641 employees within 4 months.
