2- From 99 to 2002: Team Leader for some modules. Communicate with the customers through emails, assign jobs to the team members, follow up with them. Reporting to the product manager.
3- 2003: Technical Support. Communicate with customers through the web, report problems to the development team, fix data and write specs for custom programs.
4- From 10/2003 to 04/2005: Product manager:
a- Responsible for the product, internal communication with support and QC team.

5- From 04/05 till 03/06: Product Manager for the new company product:
