•Responsible for leading the IT staff for building and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the organization including PCs, servers, network, email service, internet access, applications, databases, and business reports.

•Build and maintain relationships with senior management, project sponsors and stakeholders. Gain a deeper understanding of their business requirements and technology needs. Provide solutions that meet their goals and objectives. Negotiate prioritizing between competing projects and ensure that prioritization is in-line with business needs and available resource capacity.

•Managing IT Projects Development Life Cycle while following Project Management Standards & Processes

•Monitor and present status reports to senior management and user stakeholders in a professional and timely manner

•Identifying risks, balancing competing project constraints, and ensuring successful and customer centric approach to project delivery.

•Responsible for managing and leading work of the IT staff, monitors workload, deadlines, goals, progress, human resources and team morale.

•Responsible for managing the day-to-day end-user technical support

•Responsible for management of IT Assets including budgeting, procurement, negotiating contracts, operating, maintenance, recycling and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.

•Recommend and develop standards, policies, procedures and technologies insuring data availability, integrity, and security. Provide staff with knowledge of processes, procedures and applications.

•Assist team in troubleshooting and repairing technical issues both during and outside working hours.

•Proficient software development skills with programming tools including VB.net, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports and Microsoft Access.

•Responsible for managing the development and periodic releasing executive reports and dashboards from the systems and databases to senior management, different business sectors as well as clients.

•Managing and developing day-to-day custom reports and information inquiry requests to senior management, business staff and clients.

Major Projects Implemented Includes:

•Company Acquisition and Splitting:
Lead the IT team to merge ECNG IT infrastructure with Altagas IT infrastructure during acquisition in 2008, and separating and rebuilding the IT infrastructure during company splitting from Altagas in 2014

•Clients Web Reporting Portal:
ECNG provides its clients with a secure website to access a variety of on demand report for both Natural Gas and Electricity.

•Clients Relationship Management System (CRM):
Implemented Microsoft CRM to assist sales team to track leads and opportunities customized sales process. Also for the client service team to track of all client objectives, needs requirements, value proposition, and to track the action plan to ensure customer satisfaction.

•Contract Management System:
This system used to manage and archive clients and supplier contacts as well as generating and approving new contracts from standard company templates and managing contract renewals.

•Request Tracking System:
This tool is used to communicate and track service requests between the organization departments. Features include, assigning request to a team member, setting due dates, attaching files, forwarding requests to different department, flagging as urgent or issue and many other options.

•ECNG Invoicing System:
The system brings the calculated deals and customer information together to create invoices for clients. In bringing the data together there are still integrity checks that must to be passed to ensure the clients are getting the correct portions allocated to their locations.
