Main Duties & Responsibilities:
I'm working as customer Relations Officer & Translator part of my job is collecting all company Debts. Beside daily follow-up for High-Risk Customers or Blacklisted Customers in order to minimize the bad Debts & Collecting Company Money & Debts within the Frame of time Given According to Credit facilities given.
Investigating, evaluating, and analyzing financial statements related to debtor income, assets, and employment history in order to determine ability to pay; sets terms and methods of repayment; completes financial forms with information received from the debtor, credit reports, and other creditors; and uses computerized collection programs to monitor payment schedules for compliance.
My work is also reported to our Group Financial Manager & our Chair Man of the Company.
Visiting the Companies & Governmental Entities in order to introduce for them our offers & facilities given by the Company for its Clients.
Preparing a weekly report to our Financial Manager showing the status of the collection process.
Performing all Translation Work from Arabic into English & vice-versa to our Group Finance Manager as per his request.
Following up with Legal Department our Court cases & Lawsuits in the Court against our Company opponents from A to Z.
Accomplishing any other duties assigned by my Direct Manager.
