Main Responsibilities:-
- Controlling operations managers as follow
1- Production Operations Manager controls all production and maintenance activities.
2- Technical Operations Manager, controls all engineering, tooling a, supplier development, Quality control and continuous improvement, activities
3- Financial Operations Manager control all financials activities( costing, budgeting, reporting stock controlling and analysis )
4- Supply Chain Operations manager controls Planning( materials, production and outsourcing), Purchasing (foreign and local) and sores & warehousing in and outside the factory location
5- HR Operations Manager controls HR and administration activities
6- Quality assurance manger is responsible to got all certificates of systems and export requirements
- Controlling new project for expansion ( new factories for cookers Business)
- Leading NPI ( new products introduction )
- Improving the processes by implementing continuous improvement and new industrial methodology like lean manufacturing
- Create and maintain reporting systems for monitoring and control all activities all over the factory activities
- Sharing the strategic planning of the business with executive board
- Controlling the budget and capex on monthly quarterly and annual base
- Responsible to achieve the budgeted profitability and all financial requirements
Managing all Actvities in the plant and reporting to Indop diector in Europe
