To prepare & review Instruments documents i.e. Cable Schedule, Instruments Index etc.
To prepare & review Instruments drawings & Instrument loop diagrams.
Prepare method of statement of work to be carried out i.e. Cable lying, Cable tray laying, Instrumentation installation.
Provide assistance to the Client for commissioning of the facility with specialist crew, labour, tools, tackles, consumables. Provide commissioning specialist support for the items supplied whenever necessary & needed.

Procurement of material as per specification & data sheets.
Generate enquires & negotiate with supplier to get the instruments & material at best discounted rate.
Perform all invoice & purchase order activities pertaining to the project work.
To ensure that all instruments are considered as per requirement and supplier recommendation.
Submission and approval to authorities for NOCs, etc wherever applicable & needed.
To get valid entry passes from Authority to work inside & outside restricted areas.
Provide technical-commercial proposal for the work.
Site setting out plans, HSE requirements & prepare schedule of submission.
Identification of Hazardous areas and understanding of Marking & Standards for Hazardous electrical equipment’s.
Answering Client’s/Employer questions regarding the technical capabilities of products and services.
Mapping client’s requirements & ensuring rendering of solutions as per project specified guidelines; minimizing bottlenecks for high quality of service for increasing the Customer Satisfaction Index.
