 To assist Deputy General Manger, Technical Director, Production Manger and other Senior Managers of the project.
 To generate ER/PR and posted goods requisition in SAP System.
 To handle all the incoming and outgoing mail and drawings.
 To arrange traveling, room reservation for the Project Managers/ Engineers.
 To look after the foreigner living in Packages guest house Kasur as a guest House Manger as well as arrange their food, transportation and air ticket etc.
 Perform all the project administrative duties and responsibilities.
 To train and supervise other secretarial staff to oversee sophisticated project document processing and filing system;
 To handle project transportation/project vehicles.
 To supervise the mess/Canteen staff both worker mess and executive mess.
