Responsible for Managing the project by accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Manage the project /services in line with given budget and targets for the given project
Gathering and Monitoring of project data to ensure daily updates and production of information for management review
Perform order/contract review project plan, to identify possible issues with scope, cost, time frame and resources
Co-ordination with Consultant, Main Contractor and other Sub Contractor and resolve issues of conflict in a tactful and professional manner.
To Study the Shop Drawings and ensure that the installations are carried out with accuracy and as per specification and standards
Raising variation and CVI to Main Contracting and Consultant
Developing BOQ, pricing of project and coordination with tendering team Review the shop drawings and identify & highlight potential conflicts/problems early to solve in time
Co-ordination with Authorities for Water supply, Drainage, Fire fighting and Electrical
Arranging document from Client, Consultant, Main Contractor and other Sub-Contractor for authorities submission and inspection
Co-ordination with supplier and Sub Contractor for Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical equipment and Material delivery
Attending Weekly meeting with Client, Consultant and Main Contractor for planning site progress and clearing issues
Preparing material submittal, Shop Drawings, O&M Manuals, Method of Statement and Handling over documents
Preparing Punch List for balance work
Preparing site progress report on daily, weekly and Monthly basis
Raising Material and Work inspection request to main contractor and consultant
Conduct tool box talks and continuously train operatives to maintain high levels of safety standards
Material and man power planning
* Duct size calculation by using McQuay and Ductu Software’s.
* Duct Designing by using Equal Friction method / Velocity Reduction method.
