Responsible for the reactive and planed preventive maintenance
Responsible to insure PPM of 3 phase induction motors, UPS, Switchgear, Lighting, D.B & Generators
(Monthly, 6 monthly & yearly)
Responsible to insure health and safety as per PDO norms during work
Managing Electrical Shutdown as per PDO schedule
Using GENEVA and SAP software for print out scheduling wise PPM, and reactive job cards.
Follow up outstanding reactive jobs with our subcontractor’s.
Monitoring team and vehicle through IVMS system.

Preventive maintenance of medium and low voltage motors. Maintenance & overhauling of 11KV motors. MV motors up to 3MW and LV 380v motors up to 200KW, Overhauling, Termination, rotor and stator cleaning Heating, Meggering, and bearing replacement

• Generator Connection Checking and replacement to Carbon Brushes.
• Generator General Type Bearing Replacement.
• Inlet and Outlet Oil Line Leakage test.
• Rotor & Generator all electrically test.
Winding resistance measurement
Insulation resistance measurement
Polarization index test

MICC (Mineral Insulated Clad Cable) lying & Termination Install the 25mm conduit (Bending, cutting, joint & fitting), Pulling the wire & install the florescent lighting, 2D lights. Install D.B and use MCCB, RCD, and ELCB.Cable Gland and Termination LV/HV Switch Rooms.

Attend the jobs of installed electrical equipment with Testing & Commissioning. Electric LV/ HV Panels, Three Phase & Single Phase wiring, Maintenance Lighting System, LT panels of power house, Installed the Three Phase & Single Phase Motors with D.O.L Starter, Star Delta, Reverse & forward Starter, Installed the D.C Motor, Installed the VCB, ACB, MCC Panels with Termination & Commissioning, worked at cable tray fixed, Cable pulling, Fixed the Conduit wiring, Performed Control Circuit Wiring and Modification on MCC and PCC as per the original drawing / site / Process requirements.

Responsibilities:
Maintenance single & three phase motor. Rewinding single phase motors and pumps
Maintenance work in switch yard, maintenance and cleaning in SF6 circuit breaker with insulator &isolator Testing (manual and automatic operate SF6, change oil SF6 compressor pump) as per as the Electrical Safety rules with PTW System.
Maintenance of the Plant area Lighting (change & Replace fuse lights with safety)
11 KV (VCB) Switchgear panel Annually Maintenance (Electrical test, replace expire VCB bottles & cleaning) all work as per LOTO system.
Protective and corrective maintenance of Power generation equipment including 220 MW Generators
Look after Operation and Maintenance work of Indoor, Outdoor Lighting Protection System
