• Planning, Controlling and Monitoring of project activities and cost with the guidelines provided
• Commercial Project Management including cost and gross margin (actual and plan) controlling.
• Estimate to completion of projects.
• Preparation of Work break down structure with Project Manager
• Month end preparation for project related issues eg. ensure correct revenue recognition, etc. to ensure that financial results reflect true performance.
• Regular project reporting in cooperation with the project manager
• Monitoring, controlling and updating of project costs, risks, billings, invoicing, accruals, provisions, hedging and project reports
• Provide accurate and timely costs and cash flow forecasting for each contract
• Close co-operation with procurement for preparation of contract documents
• Liaising with relevant staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Reviewing existing contracts and identifying opportunities for improved value for money.
• Reviewing service areas and potential suppliers rationalization
• Ensure compliance to contracting procedures policies and terms.
• Risk Management of the project
• EOT claims (Extension of Time claims) and change order management
