• Collecting overdue invoices from key and government customers.
• Working closely with customers; Coordinating internally within the Department to resolve billing/technical disputes of customers to address payment impediments.
• Controlling overall bad debt for the organization by achieving collection targets.
• Preparing payment plan for the customers. Creating aged debt profiles and payment history reports/statements of accounts of customers.
• Liaising with key stakeholders within the organization; coordinating closely with Sales and Finance Departments to achieve overall collections’ target for the Department in support of the organization’s goal.
