that future manufacturing needs are met with acceptable cost limits and also
achieve balance between sustainable growth in production capacity and capability
to match sales forecast requirements.
• Establish/Decide a plan for the production Manager to lead the Production staff on
daily basis to maintain all the plant products and approve proper corrective and
preventive action for generated defects to minimize the repetition of non-
conformance.
• Manage/ Advise, to resolve any major or critical problems or incidents related to
the operations.
• Direct the development of the all cable manufacturing process to optimize the
efficiency of the plant and ensure that current financial and operational objectives
for maintenance and production are met or exceeded.
• Monitor the execution of capital expenditures within approved budget by
monitoring operating performance and initiates remedial action as required.
• Production is extremely labour intensive and the quality of the human resource and
the manufacturing process is critical in achieving the Business Objectives.
