Sourcing Team Leader
- Preparing reports for employees performance, targets, results, and improvement

- Preparing the orders of English books from publishers, shipping them and following up with the operations department in London (the main source).
- Solving the problems of any missing, delayed or damaged shipments.

- B2B sales support officer: which includes the below:
1- Pricing all the requested titles by clients.
2- Sending a weekly newsletter that including the bestseller and new released books.
3- Receiving the new orders and forwarding them to our suppliers.
4- Following up until the clients receive their orders and get the feedback.
5- Preparing weekly reports.
B- Elder position: Operations officer (also worked in multiple departments at the same time: customer support representative and logistics)
Description:
- Highly versatile operations officer with a breadth of knowledge in logistics and shipping. Capable of filling a wide range of roles that involve activities such as process analysis and quality assurance, communicating with clients and/or business partners or any role that involves use of computer software.

a. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
b. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews & recommending changes.
c. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
d. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
