Insert all students names in the computer for each courses by track the absence for the students.
Arrange incoming & outgoing phone calls .
Prepare Graduated Certificates .
Arrange Students Receipts by matching the required amount for each level courses .
Organize, Coordinates Level tester for the students .
Develop & Maintain print and online Doc., files, emails .
One of my main duties & responsibilities is making the necessary follow-ups & taking care of the daily activities of the Co. during the absence of the General Manager.
