- Ensures that computer and network operations are monitored at the property, backup/recovery functions are performed on scheduled basis and administration functions for hardware, operating and application systems are maintained and completed on consistent basis.
- Manages IR activities to ensure the property infrastructure and applications systems are functional at all times.
- Ensures solutions are consistent with the client's needs and brand specific IR environment.

- Provides Internet support and maintenance for guest technology network.
- Generates systems communications for property users to introduce new applications, provide user tips, alert users of system problems and inform staff of progress or status.

- Enforces IR policies and standards protecting company hardware, software and other resources at the property.
- Directs maintenance of equipment and installed software applications inventory for property ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.
* Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
* Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
* Works with Help Desk and Network Operations staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients.
* Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment, Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.
* Trains and orients staff on use of hardware and software.
* Recommends and / or performs upgrades on systems to ensure longevity.
Joining the Hotel in the pre-opening, soft-opening & the final Hotel opening.
*Trouble shooting and resolving problems around PCs, operating systems, servers, peripherals and etc. for the 3 properties (The Renaissance Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott and Marriott Executive Apartments).
*Installing & configure computers, servers, switches, printers for the 3 properties.
*Installing Programs for the user to help them work (Opera, FMC client, Sun Clint, Java, MS Office, Office Scan, Acrobat Reader/Writer, &&.).
*Creating users for the computers & E-mails.
*Taking Backup for the entire system.
*Holding responsibility the smooth operation of the Business Center.
*Assisting guests in preparation of various reports and presentations.
*Typing, taking the minutes of the meetings and carrying secretarial duties for the guest.
*Assisting guests with technical (mostly computer) questions, i.e. laptops, various e-mail methods, internet, burning CDs, Scanning, etc.
*Acting as receptionist for the guest and, when necessary providing assistance to callers as required.
*Handling and managing local and international conferences, conventions.
*Register all guest incidents and requests in log Book .
*Handling account procedures.
