Role: Manager Training (August 2008 - July 2009) Reporting to: General Manager Training
Role and responsibilities include:
• Designing and Rolling Out Training Calendars for New Hires & Refresher/ Up skill Training
• Identify learning interventions from Performance Management System for leadership teams and designing/selecting appropriate partners for that
• Conceptualize, design, customize and implement Training Programs
• Plan and Manage Functional Trainings / Product, Process, Soft Skill, & V& A Trainings.
• Planning and Budgeting of Trainer resource for the department with Finance and HR.
