Remedial Education Program Manager (Limited Contract, Funded by BPRM)

• Manage the overall implementation of the remedial education program in hosting communities.
• Lead and supervise field team members as well as subject matter coordinators.
• Perform staff appraisals and evaluations periodically.
• Provide technical support on rolling out remedial classes across 4 governorates in the kingdom.
• Work closely with the Education Specialist on applying good practices and guiding the work for success.

• Overall responsibility of FCA's Country Program in Syria.
• Plan, budget, monitor, report and evaluate FCA's Syria operations.
• Contribute to FCA's future strategic and annual planning.
• Monitor political, social and humanitarian developments in the designated area.
• Direct and lead the work inside Syria regionally by direct follow-up with partners.
• Facilitate and contribute to capacity building of FCA's partner organizations.
• Support fundraising with global partners.
• Help plan and implement advocacy activities of FCA and its partners, and relevant networks.
• Ensure international, regional, national and local level coordination with relevant actors related to FCA-funded activities.
• Represent FCA in ACT activities in the designated area.
• Build networks with key humanitarian and development players in the region.

• Responsible for the overall implementation of the prosthesis project.
• Responsible for ensuring that projects goals, purposes, outputs and indicators are implemented as per the project proposals.
• Supervise the team.
• Ensure the committee meetings on a weekly basis.
• Responsible to maintain the project risk register and set a plan to mitigate and avoid negative risks.
• Ensure the proper use of beneficiaries' information and keep all information confidential.
• Kick off the medical and prostheses procurement/tendering.
• Close follow up with all patients and ensure obtaining the required documentation.
• Set the baseline for the monitoring and pre & post evaluation.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of the activities including quantitative and qualitative follow-up and monitoring of prosthesis suppliers and partners.
• Provide technical input at all stages of prostheses fitting with suppliers and patients.

• Implement INJAZ curricula in compliance with Action Plan
• Ensure objectives and targets are met.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all activities, programs and success stories.
• Collect school schedules in a timely manner.
• Contact volunteers to "match" them to schools and centers.
• Prepare and distribute "Matching Letters" to volunteers.
• Ensure implementation of all related quality components.
• Arrange the delivery of educational kits to volunteers and cover any possible discrepancies.

• Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by selling online recruitment products & services.
• Initiate and develop a strong relationship with potential clients.
• Achieve agreed upon sales target on a monthly basis
• Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database.
• Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts by main market sector
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
